Live meeting notes for Zoom and Teams

Meeting Notes AI listens while your meeting runs and writes down the key points, decisions, open questions and action items. Audio is never saved. Only your written notes are kept.

Notes as you talk

Key points, decisions, questions and action items appear during the meeting. A summary follows when you stop.

Start, Pause and Stop

Large controls and a clear indicator. It only says "Listening" once audio is actually reaching the note-taker.

No audio or video kept

Audio streams to speech recognition, is turned into text and is then discarded. Video is never used. We store your notes and nothing else.

Private by default

You sign in with a one-time email code. Your notes stay private and sync across your devices. They can only be seen by others if you share a link.

Edit, search, export

You can tidy the notes, tag them and file them in folders. Search across all your meetings, and export to Markdown, text or PDF.

Participants are told

Before you can start, you confirm that everyone has been told. A ready-made notice is provided for you to paste into the meeting chat.

How it works

  1. Sign in with your email address. You get a one-time code, so there is no password to remember.
  2. Choose the audio source. If the meeting is in Chrome or Edge on a computer, share that meeting tab and tick "Share tab audio". If you use the Zoom or Teams desktop app on Windows, share your entire screen and tick "Share system audio". On a phone or tablet, the app listens through your microphone.
  3. Tell participants that AI note-taking is on. Copy the notice into the meeting chat or say it out loud.
  4. Press Start. Notes build up while you talk. Pause whenever you want. Press Stop for the final summary.

Meeting Notes AI never joins your meeting as a bot. It hears only what your own computer or phone plays or picks up. That is the same audio you hear, and only while you are capturing.

Privacy in plain terms

  • Audio is sent in small pieces to our speech-recognition provider, Deepgram. It is turned into text there and is not stored. Our requests opt out of Deepgram's model-improvement programme.
  • That text goes to Anthropic's Claude to write the notes. The raw transcript is held in memory only until it has been turned into notes. It is never saved.
  • Only the written notes are saved, in your private account. You can edit or delete them at any time.
  • A shared link shows the summary, key points, decisions, questions and action items. Your private notes, tags and folders stay hidden. You can turn the link off whenever you like.
